Alrighty-O, the countdown has begin. The countdown to the day I go homme..home...home. Ah...How wonderfully satisfying and exciting to be able to say with much relish and glee that home's now less than 2 months away. < 2 months. How fun. How fun. In any case, Friday's come again. Week goes by pretty quick once Tuesday is over, especially for me because Tuesday's my heaviest day ever, with gym and all..I start at 11 and end at 7.30. I just always look forward to Tuesdays ending because that would mean that the week's almost ended. It's kinda halfway through the week isn't it? haha. Well, just a little update on the weather. It's meant to be spring now, but it seems as if winter refuses to go away. We've been getting sub 20 temperatures in the last few days, with wind and rain (+thunderstorm) to leave everyone feeling even worse. Not too good because....

wet + cold = grumpy people.

I'm praying that it'll be warm soon and the sun would come out a bit more...makes life a tad more bearable really. Life has been pretty mundane except, haha..except for this huge gar zhua (for the uninitiated..cockroach). It appeared in the pantry yesterday morning when no one, absolutely no one was at home. It was just me facing off with this huge roach, that was exactly like it's Singaporean counterpart...as disgusting, gross just, well flatter. Trust me, it makes it even worse. It's just sick because cockroaches make me rench..maybe it's a psychological, but even photos of them make me sick. Ugh. ugh. ugh.

One thing this gar zhua proved was that the current state of the house is nothing, but filthy. Simply because cockroaches don't appear in houses. It's the first gar zhua that I've bumped into since I came to Melbourne. First, in all the two years that I've been here. so there. It's at this point where I wished I should be allowed to make extra comments about the current state of the household... but for the fear that someone might exactly chance upon my blog because of how public these things can be...I shall not.
