Starbucks Num 4

i think everyone ought to learn something new everyday, although i reckon sometimes it could be subsconscious. but i learnt something of outmost importance today, to me that is *grinz* i've found a 4th starbucks in melbourne. haha and it's less than half an hour away from my house i reckon..that's if the bus travels fast enough though. in KNOX. the moment i saw it..i thought there was hope afterall..some hope afterall. haha. i just stood there and stared at it. i just stared and stared and stared. that split second of delirium, i wished it would never end. =)
however the only thing lacking in starbucks coffee in aussie..the lattes are terrible. don't waste ya smackaroos on them. it's not worth it. probably get something as good..down at one of those roadside cafes for 2.50. yups.
oh yah, and another reason to drink starbucks for all those skeptics out there..they use fairtrade coffee. yups fairtrade coffee...that is they give the coffee growers the profit they deserve, instead of cheating them of it. there are alot of coffee growers living in proverty at the moment..i'm serious. they're probably getting like 1% of the profits made in the industry. which sucks like anything in this world...especially for something as popular as coffee. ladeda.

i've discovered another
way to eat tofu. yups. it tastes good in spaghetti..yum de dums. i just had it for dinner today. haha. seriously, it's brilliant and i'm not shortchanging anyone about it. it's just super delicious. i'm really actually considering of going completely vegan. i reckon i could do without eggs..but that means NO CAKES =(, i've found that soy ice cream doesn't taste all too bad and it doesn't
have lactose which adds on to the calories that you could put on. somebody ought to start making vegan food more easily avaliable, easier to stomach and of course, less expensive.

daddy, can i wash ya car for you?

i've taken to washing people's cars here. i've helped Leonard wash his for a ride to Clayton, and i helped wash Jon's car today coz' he accompanied me shopping and also coz' it meant that i would be allowed to stay in the sun longer. haha the sun was really great today..it was a hot and
sunny 22 degrees..i wore a tank top and walked around in my sunnies and slippers. yay yay yay. yups so i got a great workout washing a grimy and dusty car..till it became nice clean and shiny. i reckon i did quite a good job. haha, sorry ain't doing too well with modesty!

and ooh..i went shopping too. sorry daddy..i spent quite a bit of money..it'll be reflected in the credit bill at the end of the month. just gotta invest in these things once in 6 years. for
the sake of ya daughter's vanity. -oops-

mum, i miss hanging out with you.

whenever i go out on saturdays, i see all these aussie mums with their teenage daughters in tow..and they'll be shopping together. then you'll see them hanging out in cafes, chatting over
coffee, walking down the street hand in hand...makes me realise why i don't go out on saturdays unless i've got company.... i would just like to have breakfast with my mum. i wouldn't mind just sitting around watching her have her nails done. just watching her. that would be neat.
