13 MORE DAYS..COME COME COME QUICK

hot..HOT..hot 


yes yes yes, it's that sunny and hot in melbourne right now..ok hot may not be the right word but rather warm, but it's hot considering that it is already winter..all 19 degrees of it. But i'm thankful for the weather though..it's always nicer to have warm weather then not to have it..to put it simply, i rather bear with this kinda sporadic bursts of heat, rather than sporadic bursts of rain. i went running AGAIN this morning..i just feel that i've gotta run alot these days..it's not a neccessity coz' after all, all those gym instructors always say that it's enough to do cardio workouts 3 times a week..so it's a NEED really. i need to feel pain in my legs, panting and wind rushing past my ears to jumpstart the morning..then i wouldn't feel so gulity having a humongous breakfast..NOTE: breakfast this morning included, cold leftover eggplant, two huge bowls of cereal, 4 arnotts cookies, 1 piece of shortbread, 1 uncle toby's bar and 1 cup of coffee!!
that's how much i eat these days, it's inevitable that i FEEL a NEED to run and why i'm saying that i've put on weight!!

i'm thinking now whether having breakfast is a good thing now really..coz' i always end up really sleepy..but breakfast's important ain't it?? i'm caught in between..so trivial you think?
