Rain rain go away..come again another day!

YIKES..showers predicted over melbourne and they didn't even specify the time of the day..so much for my running plans..which obviously has also been ruined because i've gotta go see my tutors today...that's three days in a row of not running..not doing me good..ah uh..after how much i've been eating..which i think is ALOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think i've found away to avoid overstuffing yourself..even though you're ravenous!!!! haha yes and that is.. you know sometimes after having like dinner or something..you feel the need to eat somemore..though you know that you're already over ya limit..wait like for 15 mins before you go ahead again..and in that 15 mins..like walk away from all the food..trust me it helps..haha i just did it this morning!!!
the cold always makes me ravenous..though my stomach never grumbles (which the professionals in this area say is indicative of when you really should eat!) so this morning i felt like i could eat everything..which of course i didn't (thank god for gulity conscienceness)..i decided to walk to school first before eating my museli bar..but wahlah..by the time i got to school..i wasn't hungry anymore..though i have to add that my tummy's rumbling at the moment..oops..BUT I WON'T ACCEDE TO IT'S REQUESTS..it's still too early for lunch anyway..

well one more psych lecture to go before the day eventually ends...bah!
oh and today's 49 days more..yay! i've finally hit the 40-something day..not that there was alot to start with in the first place though..haha
