cooking.............
Well..another day has gone by..and HEY it's mid-week already..time flies..AND i've got 2 assignments due next week..ah brilliant!so much for superb time planning skills yah..
i'm really glad actually..i'm so so so tired..woke up with this morning with this terrible tummy ache and trust me doing ya business with a painful tummy in the frigid cold is not enjoyable...i couldn't even bear the thought of it..but alas nature calls....! I finally managed to go running today..think i did the same route within a shorter time..coz' all i could think about was getting back to the house and eating...which is a testament to how much of a glutton i've become and what the cold can do to you...excuses really..just for the record..i ate this today..
breakfast: ovaltine, and a sandwich with cheese, mushrooms and alfafa sprouts
the pseudo lunch: an uncle toby's bar and some biscuit with light cheddar dip
the pre-running snack: 2 buns, one chocolate and one pineapple
the post-running snack: one glass of soy milk, one chocolate bun and a pack of biscuits
and this is what i'm going to have for dinner: noodles, soup and brocoli
now see what a glutton i've become..i've been trying to control how much i eat..but i can't coz' when i'm hungry all i can think about is food..and that hinders everything that i've gotta do..not including the fact that i'm so much colder when i feel hungry and today...the whole difference about today was that i actually felt the hunger pangs..it's really confusing really...because according to Mr. P.J Pinel..our body goes to a celiphatic then hunger phase..it's when ya brain sends signals to the stomach to prepare the gastric juices for food...so in actuality..you're not actually hungry..but rather it's ya body's way of preparation..ugh.. it's so irritating..
BUT yes i'm utterly shameful about my glutonny ways...if that's how you spell it..but i can't help it..looks like i've gotta keep running!!
